Orit moved to the Merrimack Valley in 1991 and shortly thereafter, in 1994, founded Ozzy Properties. Her role in the company includes developing corporate strategies to reposition and revitalize undervalued properties. Orit earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees in electrical engineering from Columbia University.
VP, Commercial Real Estate
Ellen has been with Ozzy Properties since July 2000 and is fully accountable for all day to day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the commercial property portfolio. Her primary responsibilities include ensuring our tenant’s long term satisfaction, overseeing major maintenance and capital improvements for all properties and engaging with local municipalities and business leaders as a good corporate citizen. Ellen earned her bachelor’s degree from Colgate University.
Justin has been the Controller at Ozzy Properties since 2015. Over the course of his 20 plus years in accounting, he has also worked in the transportation, publishing and consulting industries. Justin earned his BSBA with a concentration in Accounting from Stonehill College and his MBA from Suffolk University.
Bob Bartley is an Electrical Engineer who worked for Western Electric, Excello R&D, and AT&T, after graduating in 1970. In 1985 he became a supervisor and a department head for Lucent with 34 years of experience of which 29 years were at the 1600 Osgood Street facility. In 2004 Bob started working for Ozzy Properties as their Facility Manager adding an additional 13 years of experience at the Osgood Landing site. He currently supervises the operations staff and is the acting Master for the Electricians.
Facility Maintenance Manager
Brian has worked for Ozzy Properties since June 2014. He came to Ozzy with more than 40 years of experience in the HVAC/Refrigeration industry and Facility Operations. He oversees day to day operations and maintenance and consults with facilities staff for all properties.
Sandi has been with Ozzy Properties, Inc. as the property manager of Washington Place Apartments since 1994. She is a Certified National Apartment Leasing Professional. Sandi handles all aspects of leasing and coordinates renovations and projects from quoting to completion. A graduate of Simmons College, Sandi’s background is in communications and public relations.
